    Hello, sorry for my english

Try to inflate your lower abdomen as much as possible until you feel the air rising to the diaphragm.
Once you're completely full from your lower abdomen to your diaphragm, relax all your muscles and breathe only with your diaphragm (you've already created the path for the air in your body).

You can then take a full breath with your diaphragm as quickly as possible without tensing any other muscles and release the air for as long as possible.
    Example:
A 1-second breath for 8 seconds of releasing the air
then 1 second of breathing for 16 seconds of release
    then 1/32', 1/64', etc.

Thank you so much for sharing this! 🙏
I’m not a brass player myself, but your explanation really helped me understand the connection between the lower abdomen and the diaphragm. I’ll definitely try out that step-by-step approach — especially the quick intake and long release. Really interesting concept!
